Samsung Galaxy S21 Series: Leaks, Specs and Features

A lot of details about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S21 series has already leaked online ahead of it expected release date and here is everything we know so far.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 is expected to launch globally by January 2021, as confirmed to Android Authority by (Samsung opera House) Samsung’s largest mobile experience store in India.

The Galaxy S21 Ultra will come with a four-camera setup, curved front glass and a glass rear panel, whereas the Galaxy S21 and S21+ will retain the camera setups of their predecessors and also have plastic rear panels and a flat display, similar the Galaxy Note20.

It is also confirmed the Galaxy S21 Ultra will come with a 108Mp camera, two 10MP sensors, one of which will support 10x optical zoom, 12MP ultrawide, and laser autofocus. Meanwhile, the S21 and S21 Plus will share the same trio of cameras setup with a 12MP main camera, 12MP ultrawide and 64MP telephoto with 3x zoom.

The S21 will have a 6.2-inch display, the S21+ will have 6.7 inches and the Ultra will have a 6.8-inch display. All of the cameras will support 4K/60fps recording and an FHD+ 120Hz refresh rate.

Powering the device will be two processors depending on the region. According to reports, the Galaxy S21 series will ship with a Snapdragon 888 system-on-chip in the US region and an Exynos 2100 processes for the international model of the smartphone. In addition to this, the series is will be available in 5G, although the 4G variant of the phones is still going to be on sale in some regions.

Battey capacity for the phones should be similar to its predecessors. The Galaxy S21 will have a 4,000 mAh battery, while the Galaxy S21+ will clock in at 4800mAh, and the Galaxy S21 Ultra at 5000mAh and all models will support 25W fast charging at a minimum.

The prices for these devices isn't confirmed yet and according to rumour, Samsung might follow the same footstep as Apple by ditching in box headphone and charger adapter. Though this is confirmed yet but this is all we know so far, more update coming soon.
